    Told you so......

I been saying for the last ........... posts that the knife fighter would win.

This guy with the machette, had no intent to use it and ran through a crowded mall (seems strange typing mall instead of shopping centre, sorry from UK). If he wanted to hurt people he would of slashed as he ran, but then if he done this, the police would of used "Gun Fu" to blow the arsehole away.

It's extremely silly, and actually pretty funny if you look at it right. Sport training is different from self defense training and a knife is a deadly advantage against an unarmed opponent but fair play guys, the self defense people are beating their chests just as blatantly as any Gracie nuthugger in this thread. A little common sense should tell you that the machete wielder's motivation was to escape getting arrested, not to prove his superiority over the puny MMA guy. I'm sure if cutting someone would have helped him escape he would have but if he took the time to fight anyone he would only have been captured sooner or shot dead. Is it so hard to give credit to a sportsman that succeeded in the street because he was good at the technique he needed at that time?

Yup, also he was AVOIDING SERIOUS charges of attempted manslaughter or at the least assault w/ deadly weapon by NOT using it in his own defense/escape. That and being shot dead by cops!

I see him and everyone else in the mall as people who got lucky.

Lucky? If you believe in luck...Fortunate? pick a word.

He might even have fallen on his knife... Professional police force used restraint even with the interferance of a citizen... Good Job for sure. Done.

I dont know about you, but looking good for me doesnt involve pink boots and tights.

Boots and tights maybe, but certainly not pink!

                  LMAO....

(Gotta go to self depreciating humour, he didnt give me any openings!)
