The Bicep Slicer is regarded as a pain move but I've heard stories of injuries from not tapping to them. So what're the physics behind this move and what kind of injury would you recieve if you didn't tap to this move, would you recieve an injured muscle or would the result be an injured bone?

On one of the last German Submission events one forearm was broken due to not tapping while in the bicep keylock. Looked nasty...

Yeah it's such a bitch to be put in one of those moves. I find the pain to be quite different from an armbar. In an armbar you can fight it and fight it and feel a little bit of relief, but for this move, it's you think you're defending it well one second then your arm is subject to searing pain and you're seeing stars or what not.

You have your opponent in butterfly guard. Have wrist control on both of his hands (left hand on his right wrist and vice versa). Bring your left leg under and around his right arm (clockwise motion) without letting go of the wrist(hook your foot into his tricep if you can). Drop your right leg, let go of his left wrist and bring your right arm under his armpit and grab his shoulder. Spin so you're looking at his right bicep and 'let him pass your guard' into sidemount(keep hold of that shoulder!). Let go of his right wrist now and put your left hand on his shoulder as well. Pull down on the shoulder and hip up for the bicep cutter.
