For me it's been my regular workout until 2 days before the fight. I'll ease up on the workout 2 days before, day before I'll do light rolling/sparring. But that's jut me :/.

the week before a fight I intensify my training, mainly strength and endurance meanwhile getting a little more sleep (maybe only an hour more). Then the last 2 days I ease up, relax more, but I still train with lighter weights and stressed-body practices. Thats what Im doing now, because tomorrow is the fight. Wish me luck

I would recommend a lot of meditation a couple of days before the fight. Along with a lot of visualization. Do you know the difference between the two?
i still have about 5-6 lbs left to cut and the weigh-ins are the night before the competition.
Then that will dictate to a significant degree how you spend the last week up to the fight. Don't know how much fat you're carrying or how much water you've already cut.
I had a tournament yesterday, and trained wing chun the night before. But then I'm subnormal and don't give a rats ass about winning. I just like to test myself.
Most of the guys at my club rest 2 days before, maybe doing a little light rolling but not much more.
