Gregi, I'm insulted that you haven't positive repped Tom, cakegirl, and I yet for giving you such delightful compliments.

I tried right at the beginning. I must spread some rep around before giving any of you any more. Perhaps you can rep each other and include my name in the comment?

I posted this in Open Access, but since it pertains to the Dog Brothers I'll link to it here as well.

Saw this on one of the Kajukenbo message boards: Dog Brother and Bono's Jeet Kune Do/Kajukenbo student Gints "Baltic Dog" Kilmanis and a couple of other Kajukenbo guys are going to be on tomorrow nights (August 22) episode of "Taboo" on the National Geographic Channel.

"In some cultures men prove their manhood by enduring pain. Get a pass into an American Fight Club, where some successful, educated males engage in physical combat to test their manhood, using anything to attack - wooden knives, soda cans, sticks, even soap-on-a-rope. On the remote Indonesian island of Sumba, hundreds of men take part in a time-honored event known as the Pasola. Facing off in two teams on horseback, they charge toward each other hurling spears."

This is the Pacific Time schedule, so add three hours for Eastern Time:

One last bump for the show above...I saw this on Wednesday and it was pretty friggin' intense. Catch it if you get a chance when it airs again. It'll be on again after UFC 74 this Saturday.

                        hello,

so, what you are all saying is that gregimotis is hardcore?

agreed though, there are always going to be those who cry about the content of tv. to be blunt, if the worst you see is a couple dog brothers hit each other with sticks for about one minute, then you haven't really seen anything all that bad.

                        oh well.

                        thanks.
