I dont really know what he does but he makes it relly hard to get on him. He goes close to your body so its hard to get the omoplata and he is too strong for me to pull his arm across for the armbar. I have been doing it for two years. For all you non beleivers, once again i asked a simple question and got no answer. Thanks guys
Well you don't really try to do an omoplata if he has his forearm on your trachea. How is the armbar NOT working for you? He's laying in your guard and extending his arm out for your to break it. You should by all means have the hip movement to armbar if you've really been doing it for 2 years.

Another thing you could work on that's more important than your grappling ability is probably your spelling. I'm not gonna lie, that shit is horrendous. Stay in school, kid.

Lastly, to shut everyone up who's on your nuts about your grappling ability just post the fight video. If you truly are what you say you are we would be able to see your skill level very very easily.

        For what it's worth...

Push on his tricep (push his bicep across his own neck) and lock both arms in a "triangle" (figure four) around his arm and neck. He'll help you choke himself out with his own arm.

This is very basic stuff that any BJJ white belt should know! You're posing or exaggerating about your training...

The only thing i can suggest is take a look at these two sites.
Self Defence Made Easy | Russell Stutely | or

Plenty of free downloads i am affiliated with these two sites and yes we do sell dvds and downloads but the free content is worth a look.

If those two websites are "the only thing you can suggest".....thats worrying.

I didn't make the suplex comment to say he should suplex the guy. I was pointing out that size differences, while you have to account for them, don't preclude you from as much as you'd think they would, especially when there's a big skill difference.

The second part of my advice (unrelated to the suplex) is getting on the big guy's back and just pulling him down from behind. It works almost all the time for me if I can get there. Worrying about him landing on you just isn't an issue because you're pulling them off to the side and down, using your leg to help trip them and using all of your body weight to pull them down.

                It works(tm).
