In about 3 years of off and on BJJ, I have neverĀ@been able to effectively use any of the techniques I have been shown to escape knee in the belly.
I am pretty good with submissions, passing guard, and keeping mount/cross/etc., but without being able to escape knee in the belly I'll never get a blue belt. Which techniques work well for you guys?
