Does anyone know of any pure freestyle or olympic style wrestling tapes that are all encompassing and teach all of the most commonly used wrestling moves in a progressive manner?
There are a few really good tapes that I have seen. Ken CHertow's set is by far the best I've ever seen. THe tapes are very long with a lot of stuff. Most of the tapes out there are like 30-40mns long, each of his tapes is at least an hour and a half. Very detailed. Has helped my standup game a lot. I have tapes 1,3,7 & 8, they cover takedowns, defending takedowns and uderhooks. http://www.kenchertow.com
The USA wrestling syllabus is aslo pretty good, particularly the 2 freestyle wrestling tapes, the 2 Greco tapes are good also. http://www.usawrestling.com
