These are very interesting replies. Especially since most scientifically garnered knowledge points to the facts that your chest and arms have little to do with punching power and that creatine only makes your muscle cells hold more water, while doing nothing esle.

Well, not exactly nothing else. In some people it has been shown to cause kidney damage. For further reading on the matter i would suggest "Nutrition for serious athletes" by Dan Bernardot. Good book.
