Indeed, as long as I know, nin-jitsu was the fighting technics of the assassins. That means the use of weapons, of poison and some naked hands fighting technics. I was really surprised to see someone enroled in the Ultimate claming he is a master of nin-jitus. Anyway, the overall record of this style during the 20 first UFC was :
Ninjitsu 3-3 that means 1,3 % of all the victories occuring during the 20 first UFC. Not one of the most efficient.

If I remember correctly, Jennum's mini-biography on the UFC tapes said he a founder/instructor of some SYSTEM. I can't remember the name of it, but basically it incorporated nin-jitsu, ju-jitsu and maybe some Karate. I think categorizing Jennum as a ninja is a mis-nomer.
