    Hello,


    I am new to the forum and new to BJJ as well. I was wondering if some of you could recommend some solo training concepts to work on when I am away from my school.

    Hello again Jarrett!

    Solo training:
    Forward rolls, Backward rolls, shrimp drill, stretching focusing on lower back and hips, stretching focusing on shoulders and neck, bodyweight exercises like squats, jump squats, pushups, pullups, etc. plyometrics. Do the techniques you learned in class by using visualization.
