I don't think you'd get your money's worth from supplements unless you diet is good. As much reading as you do, you should know what a good diet rates.

    Silly biotch!!!

I stay away from supplements unless my diet is good. Which is never....

what biatch?? 9 times out of ten supplements dont do a damn thing for you, at least not something that would be noticeable....if you need to lose weight the simplest thing to do is eat better and increase your cardio......try eating more seafood...sense it seem like you dont have a lot of time buy some of the lean cuisine frozen dinners and eat those....depending on how hard you work out, if you can do about 30-1hrs worth of cardio a day you can eat about 2000 calories and lose weight but keep the muscle you have.

your not really in danger of losing the muscle you have anyway as long as you dont do something stupid like quit eating and start running like 5hrs a day...basicly the more cardio you do and the more exhausting it is the more you can eat...a friend of mine runs 100 miles a week and can eat anything he wants and stay in shape, for obvious reasons....

if you want me to make a specific plan for you let me know and i will....you'll have to send you mom over again though...

ps track what you eat for a day and add up the calories, if its 2000 plus eat less than that and you will lose weight without making any other changes, however it will be very slow and probably will not give you the results you want....if you eat way less than that let me know because we need to do somethjing totaly different

Sounds to me like your under-eating and over training.

What are the three most important aspects of training for any sport? Rest,
nutrition, and training (in that order). Picture a pyramid. Adequate rest
(recuperation) is the foundation and should equal about 50%. Proper
nutrition about 40%, and training at the point should equal about 10% (But
make that a very intense 10%).
Most people spend a majority of their time training and neglect the other
two, especially the rest component. How much sleep do you average every
night? You should get about 7-8 hours if you can. It also sounds as though
your diet needs help big time. I would highly recommend picking up a book or
two on sports nutrition. Do the research your self, you'll learn more and get more out of it. And listen to your body.

It appears that your doing the training, but if you are neglecting one or
both of the other two---you body is not running on all cylinders.

yea i'm definitely not into supplements...i'd rather work really hard to get in fighting shape than take a supplement and slack off a little...and also the side effects can be really dangerous.

Like William said: get you time straight.

                1st - schedule your rest.
2nd - figure out your diet - this is where you worry about gaining weight, and energy.
3rd- training - this is usually something you dont get to setup, so you must fiqure the rest of your schedule around this.

Supplements and other products like this dont work the way they say if your diet is not up to snuff. If you arent getting enough sleep, then nothing works right, and if you arent training correctly, or too much, or what not, then everything else gets ****d up.

Looks to me like your going to take creatine for energy???? I would reccomend against these products. Correct diet and rest will give you all the energy you need.

Also you pasted all the explanations of all the little things inside your new drink - I would suggest looking them all up yourself and see what your really getting, for example: check out what KIND of ginsing your getting, not all ginsing is the same, most is just filler herb so they can use the name and get people to buy.

Best thing for energy: (real)honey and tea. (+ plenty of good old sleep.) Or Honey and milk, or, just plain honey.

These products look to me like a fast way to get yourself more in debt to your body.

They also look very beneficial to a professional athlete, who has a trainer that looks after training, vs diet, vs rest.

If your doing this so you can work out more to gain more weight, then hoooo, are you in trouble. To gain weight you need to eat more. Lose weight = more cardio, and eat more! Rarely does it matter what (specifically) you eat, depending on body type.

Alot of good suggestions above here's a few of my thoughts. I've used creatine as well as lots of other suplements. I've used them at different times for different reasons. You need to define what your real goal is here. If you want to fight, that's the only real goal I've heard you mention then I have a few suggestions as far as diet goes. And I do think that the supplements you're talking about aren't half as important as getting your diet squared away. You can't take enough supplements to make up for a crappy diet and/or poor rest and training. You need all three.

So, to begin with, I would switch to a chicken or tuna sandwich for lunch--turkey and milk have a to of L-tryptophan and will slow your metabolism down. Don't eat any thing less than 2-hours before you go to sleep and try to make it protien. Carbs are best before workouts and protein after. For every 1 gram of carbs that you store, your body stores 9 grams of water. If you eat them(carbs) before you workout, you'll have the carbs and water for energy and then you can feed your body the protien after your workout so it can repair itself. If you don't get enough protien in there after, it will use the only other source of protien it has, your own muscle. In order to burn fat, protien is absolutely necessary for the synthesis process to happen.

I really would start with these basics, the other stuff will accentuate your accomplishment of getting in shape but you need to do this to be able to see the real benefits of the fancy stuff. The fancy stuff is expensive and so is eating right, spend the money on good food.
