          LOL Groin Grab. I somewhat agree with you.

          Why should people retire on top? If they love what they're doing why shouldn't they continue past their prime? Jordan may not be in his prime but he's still damn good, Montana was past his prime but he qb'd the Chiefs for a couple seasons. These guys play 'coz they love to. They will still be considered two of the best players of their games ever.

          In the fighting sports for some reason people really don't like to see fighters compete past their prime, even if they're good enough to take on contenders and journeymen. Why is that? What's wrong them continuing to do what they love to do as long as they are competitive, even if they aren't the best?

              I agree with the Don, if you retire, stay retired. If not, keep playing. To my knowledge Rickson hasn't retired, has he? He just chooses more carefully. Nothing wrong with that.


              People hate inconsistency. Be one thing or be another, the more you switch, the less credible you become.
