Haha, ok, I would like to announce that I am very sorry for lying about TKD, and while I will not lie again I am going to express my opinions:

I think Iron Palm is great for supplementary training. It puts amazing power in open hand strikes and its GREAT for bitch-slapping ho's.

I beleive that iron palm is more like a religious following than anything. I know a guy that is in our BJJ/MT class that did another martial art and they taught iron palm there. He did it for a while and then eventually quit because he said alot of the stuff they taught went against his religous beleifs. None the less when fighting or just striking on the bag he still cannot equal my power. He said that it did help him to gain a little more power out of his strikes but it's not going to give you enough power to hit harder than a 240lbs. fighter.
