I am working out at this gym. The coach in the morning teaches Catch as Catch can wrestling submissions. These are different submissions than your typical BJJ but they are practical submissions that you don't put yourself in risky positions to pull them off. I would check them out.

Russian K-1 champ coming to Minnesota

Friday Jan. 15th at 7:15 Europe's heavy weight K-1 champion will be teaching a Muay Thai seminar at the Crystal Fight Club. He is from Russia. He has had professional fights in London, and Russia and is famous for knocking out England's heavy weight kick boxing champion in 30 seconds!
