As some might know, I just started trianing about 3 mo ago.  What I am training in has alot of need for cardio (wing chun base also toaght with some kali,thia boxing,savate,western boxing, jkd concepts).  I have been smoking for about 13 yrs and I would really like to stop, but I am finding that very hard do to the fact that I am now raising for kids and probably will be for the next 4-6 mo.  I was wondering if anyone was able to obtain good cardio in spite of stilling smoking.
