I actually think Tyson is lucky if he fights Sapp cos Sapp is actually one of the least skilled guys out there in K-1. He just uses his size to overwhelm his opponents. Tyson doesn't need to worry about punishing low or high kicks.. he has to be careful of course..any guy of Sapps strength and size can KO you with a punch (or hammerfist lol)....but Mike just has to use movement to avoid Sapps rushes and pick his shots carefully like Mirko did to beat him. ... hell mirko hit Sapp early with a few of clean shots to the face before the KO... damn,...if it were Tyson.. Sapp would probably be down on the first hit! - well if he does face Sapp..he should watch the Cro Cop tape...
As for Tyson against the other K-1 guys like Hoost,Cro cop, Le Banner etc...
His legs ARE going to take a beating.... anyone else who thinks otherwise has never felt a REAL leg kick... Even K-1 guys who train to take these kinds of kicks still get knocked down by them.... Tyson would never have felt anything close to the feeling of a Hoost or Aerts low kick. A couple of full power blows to his legs and I even see him quitting.....no joke
As for a punch counter to a low kick... what? you think these K-1 guys dont know about that??? Come on... if anything their hands are going to be up ALOT faster cos it is Tyson theyre up against....they just have to be careful and they SHOULD
Its not rocket science that one Tyson punch can end a fight... but
I dont see Tyson staying up after a Lebanner straight Left either..
They ALL have a punchers chance... Its just that the kickers have a kickers chance too!
Anyways this is just coming from a die hard K-1 fan... I've been a fan for almost ten years!! So I AM very biased
but I do think Tyson will do fairly well if he trains correctly..
