    Hello there [i have bin away for a while lol]

    Im just in kickboxing and i want to have a good training scheme
    Can someone give me there's?

    I would appreciate that and than onto the top [heheh]

    This is what thai thaiboxers do. It changes form camp to camp but you get the idea


    6:30 - 7:00 AM Morning calls


    7:00-7:30 AM Commence jogging up to 16 KM. This is optional to students based on their physical condition and if weather permits. Some student chooses to skip ropes in pace of jogging.


    7:30 AM Arrive back from jogging and prepare for training. At this point, students will stretch, wear their handwraps, etc.


    8:00 AM Morning training commence up to 12 x 6 minute rounds. Total number of rounds is optional based on student's physical condition. Students normally starts out by shadow boxing to warm up. Then does a few rounds on the pads, then the bag. Then 30 min knee sparing. Then strenth training


    9:30 AM Morning training ends


    10:00 AM Shower


    10:30 AM Morning meal/early lunch


    11:00 - 3:00 PM Resting period. You are free to do go about your own business.


    3:00 PM Afternoon call.


    3:30 PM Afternoon run with option to skipping ropes for 15-30 minutes.


    4:00 PM Afternoon training commence up to 12 x 6 minute rounds. almost same thing


    5:30 PM Afternoon training ends


    6:00 PM Shower


    6:30 PM Evening meal


    7:00 PM Resting and recreation period. You are free to go about your own business.

      Wow that is a real training but im never able of following it im 16 years and 8 am starts my school and it ends at 15:30 at the last point
      how should i put a good scheme in that?

        i am also 16. I run in the morning and work out form 4 to 8 at night. You can always find a way to get in enough training, but it may take some work.

                    10:30 - 11:30 3 x 6min shadowboxing + 3 x 10min rope jumping
                    12:00 - 15:00 Lunch + Shower + Chillout + Lunch
                    rest
                    16:00 - 17:30 3 x 6min shadowboxing + 3 x 10min rope jumping
                    18:00 - Shower + Meal
                    rest
                    20:00 - 21:30 Train at gym
                    21:30 - Little meal

                    Im doing this in the weekend
                    And with school im doing this a little shorter
                    This is what im planning to do in the holidays is it ok?

                      you need to get someone to hold pads for you. It is one of the best workourts
