Hi, I just started Muay Thai yesturday and so far I have been to two classes. I must say that it is very fun.
When class begins, we start off with jump roping for about 5 min. Then we move onto punching, kneeing, low kicking, etc. on the thai bags. We do this pretty much the whole time, working on different combinations and what not. At the end of class, we do a hundred situps and passing a medicine ball around in groups, then we do 30 pushups.
I can't wait until I am more trained and actually start sparring.
So, anyways, I am curious to know what your training routines in your class are?
