Been reading threads in the forum for sometime, but only just registered. Anyway, I've been doing Muay Thai for about 6months. I do individual training with my coach once a week, practice at home, mostly just shadow boxing, and do weights 3 times a week.
I wanna go into more intensive MT training. My coach recommends twice a week, once individual and once in a group. I'm not perfect on my technique yet, and could do with the individual attention. But at the same time, I'm getting abit stagnant without the sparring.
What do you guys think? Should I just stick to individual but up the frequency? Or just switch purely over to group sessions?
