This was quite the good book, although it is mainly for beginners, I still benefit from it.

edited to add: I've got this book and I think it's pretty good. It gives an overall view of Muay Thai and techniques. I haven't read any of the others to compare it to though.

I’ve been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before. lenny face

I find reading old interviews with kickboxers more informative about their training and fight strategy. There are a bunch of interviews from legendary champions like Bill Wallace and Joe Lewis from Professional Karate magazine from back in the secenties that I love to read again. Those guys were really smart.
