My buddy has some, it works pretty damn good. Uh, it's good for conditioning, or if you're gonna do a class sore. later on when you start fighting, before the fight they massage you, and give you a rub down with linement to warm up your muscles. Don't get it in your damn eyes thou.

I believe it is actually Menthol not alcohol, plus another ingredient. If I had a bottle in front of me I could tell you exactly. It works great, after we beat up our legs for an hour in class I always rub down my shins with the stuff. I am told that Thai boxers get a body massage with the it before a fight to loosen em up and get the blood flowing.

Stay away from armpits, eyes, crotchel region, etc... and you'll be fine.

I have stuff called Tiget Liniment that you can get at most drug stores that is like Icy Hot, but about 5 times more concentrated, so it takes less to get the same effect. Great stuff!

Ingredients are as follows:
Oil of Wintergreen 28%
Menthol 16%
Eucalyptus Oil 3%

My school sells it for $7 a bottle. I would like to think most Thai Boxing schools sell it as well. Tiger balm works good too but it's totally different.... it's a balm not a liquid. The Thai stuff lasts forever, cuz it is very potent. I've had my bottle for months and I am not even close to half way done.
