hi just wanted to introduce myself to the forum, I have just started training in Muay thai in the UK.
Have previously studied Karate and reached brown and 2 white belt. have always been interested in martial arts and have taken up muay thai as a form of exercise. I only have chance to train once a week due to educational commitments and work.
Am not in it to enter fights but as a form of self defence and exercise and have been training for 5 weeks, so far it has been very enjoyable.
At the moment I feel i am struggling with the fitness part of the training.
Anyone suggest any regimes i could do while off university in my house that doesnt involve too much space? (small house and bad weather in UK).
I have ordered some twins gloves from thailand in order to spar.
if anyone has any useful links to sources of information and videos i would greatly appreciate your contribution.
Thanks
Daniel
