How many of you guys use Twins gloves (preferably their fancy range)? Which sizes do you guys find most suitable when sparring? I am planning on buying a pair and i just wanted your opinions on which size would be most suitable. I mostly spar, rather than fighting btw.

What is your weight? It makes a slight difference....
If you're under 145-150 lbs, 14 oz gloves are fine.
If you're over that, 16 oz (or bigger!) is the way to go.
Over 200 lbs, you should be looking at 18-20 oz gloves.
(Just an opinion, don't take this as gospel)

Well i'm about 160lbs but i am 6ft 4 so i'm pretty skinny. I already have a pair of 12oz gloves that were fine for sparring, but they were a less well known brand (thai gear, anyone?). I'm just not sure how the brand sizes differ.

I've also checked various other brands' sites, and some of their sparring gloves start at 12oz, with their fight gloves at 8 and 10oz. However some brands don't start sparring gloves until 14oz, so i'm not really sure.

Go to www.ringside.com and get the Cleto Reyes gloves. THEY ARE AWESOME!
They use them in K-1 too.
Other than that, I rekon that Twins gloves are great. I have a pair of Raja Boxing gloves from Thailand. Great quality + construction, but I tried the Cletos and my hands never wanted to leave em
