OK, how does the three string cup tie on exacty. It always seems to be too losose when I'm done. I've tried more traditional cups and they slide around when I kick. Aside from those two options, any other suggestions for wearing under the shorts?

I took the strings out and use a traditional cup holder, (jock with a pouch) and that seems to work a lot better. I tried to use the strings and i had the same problem. Hope this helps.

ringside has an economical cup for $9.99 that is narrow and yet protective, it is the cheapest model, & I can grapple in it so it should be fine for Muay-thai.

Dr. Cobra is correct. Get rid of the strings and use a traditional supporter
