Ramba is great! I used to watch him fight all the time in the 90's. He is easily one of the most exciting MuayThai fighters to watch!!!!
However, you should know that though he was good, he was never an "elite" level fighter. In Thailand, he was considered a B-class fighter. He simply wasn't good enough to hang with the big boys of the sport.
That's not to take anything away from him. He was GOOD, just not GREAT! He was actually a very popular fighter in Thailand because he fights just like that in the video ALL THE TIME! Balls-to-the-wall, knock down - drag out fighting! He gives 110% in the ring all the time!

There were many boxers who much better than him during the 90s, it was the time that I was young, and just about to start practice Muay Thai. As like Khun Kao mentioned, he become famous because the alswas doing like that. However, something that he act invideo during the fight is quite not good, such as tease with opponents and referees, which we are not recommended to do during the fight.
