This word is think you say about me ^^. In this match i will say i don't want to fight becuase i know my competitor is not a guy challenge me and i have fight unawares.

I know my competitor is have learn 2 year same me and he bigger and taller than me.i think in this video is not bad for me ^_^

I will expain why i have instructors becuase Kru(Master) is must for one person that is Kru Preang and i am a helper to train new student. Instructors is like Senior who have come to help Kru preang to train junior and we have different experience.

My Senior is have train everyday in 6 year he will stong than me. but in have train 2 year 2 day for weak Saturday and Sunday i will have skill less than him.

I have talk with attachai why do you want to train muay chaiya ?

He said becuase Muay chaiya has many technic for use to fight in ring and steet fight.

Why do you want to train with Kru preang ?

He said becuase Kru preang can use that technic so effective (he test by himself) and he siad i want to meet kru preang 5-10 year ago.i regret meet Kru preang for late.

You say Kru preang cannot fight but in all time i see many fighter come to meet kru preang with this sniff. Muay Chaiya can fight ? Kru Preang have Fight Skill ?

When all fighter try to test this sniff with kru Preang i see them all will say Kru preang is real fighter and Muay chaiya is can use in real life.

If these fighters respect kru Praeng, that doesn't mean that his muay
is effective and that he can fight. They train with kru Praeng? Good,
but that won't enhance their skills since they already are experienced fighters and kr uPreng cannot fight.
I would say it's the other way round, kru Praeng could actually learn
how to fight from them.
In Thailand, everybody usually respects the elders and teachers.
Even my teacher who had "trouble" because of Kru Praeng's propaganda,
respects him.

I don't care What you are thinking about Muay Chaiya Or Kru Preang But now the Great Skill Muay Thai Champion like YodSankai,Attachai,Naruapon have respect to Kru Preang and have Come train Muay Chaiya with Kru Preang too.

I think them have more skill , knowledge and experience to distinguish between Good or not Good ^_^

Good stuff from sportsmuaythai, you got alot of info to work with from alot of different angles. I think this is good for everyone who wants to see things from different perspective. I appreciate as much as anyone sportsmuaythai input as well he puts up with my endless rants....(which I apologize for)

I beg to differ on the muay thai camp situation, I started in a foreigner muay thai camp and it was a total waste of time. Once i got the hardcore camp, it was on. You fall into the mode and you are molded just like a thai. Its great. The discipline is awesome. Nothing like it. They dont put up with no complaining, you learn the real stuff right off the bat. Just loved it. but if you feel you cant handle it then go for the foreigner stuff but its different to me. My camp was pretty dingy but the training was awesome, so its true like sportsmuaythai says dont judge a book by its cover, trust what people tell you from their experiences.

The vanishing flame I dont have any more info on that, I helped with some of the computer work for translations while I was at college. Email vincent at vanishingflame@gmail.com. Cant wait for the damn thing myself, it will definitely burn down anything in print for many years to come in terms of understanding these arts.

I'm taking liberty in answering this post since you've also asked me below. December is the best month to visit Thailand. Now pls let me know what kind of muaythai are you looking for. Sport muaythai is easier to learn, when compared to traditional muaythai. You can change camp, and the new camp will not reject you, generally. Contrary to George's view, I think that for a first time visitor to Thailand, it's better to stick to camps that cater to foreigners. They are better adapted to peculiar requirements, and tolerate them better. But pls beware of not so good camps catering to foreigners. PM fire cobra. He has more experience with Thai camps than I do, and he also has " Farang's perpective". I'm sure he can make good reccommendation.
There are also camps with varying amenities, and locations. I love Chiangmai, while I don't like Phuket or Pattaya. Let me know of your preference and budgfet range. Bangkok has good camps that range from cheap to expensive. Training costs do not vary much, it's the accommodation and food that will make the difference.

Regarding MMA, I was speaking about real BJJ being taught by very qualified Brazillian teacher. Shark is with a camp where they have connection with Brazillian team and they exchange muaythai with BJJ training. So you get to train authentic BJJ cheaply with Shark's camp. Muaythai at this camp is also excellent. Much better muaythai training than at other better known Chiangmai camp.
There is also a camp in Ubonratchathani where a European muaythai fighter has camp. He fights MMA, and teaches. But I think you can get better muaythai elsewhere.
The more you tell us what you're looking for the better I can make suggestion. I'd rather not make reccommendation, and leave fire cobra and shark do it. Fire cobra in particular has vast experience with several camps, so much it amazes me. And he is unbias. In Bangkok, his favourite trainer has a dingy camp, but training is earnest.
