Not the whole of Thailand, just Bangkok and Phuket. The times I have been to Thailand before, I have only stopped in Bangkok for like a day at a time, before I went to on to Koh Samui, Hau Hin etc, so I thought I would give the place a good look. and it was worth it.
When I was down in Phuket, went to afew different beaches, i likes most of em bar Patong, tbh it was like Benidorm in Thailand, not for me.
To me, you dont travel 7,500 miles to eat food and drink beer you can get back home, I want to eat Thai food, the not so spicy stuff, and experince stuff things ya dont find at home.
But I will be going back, although me friends say they will (in 2009, long way away), I fancy something sooner, maybes this summer, so I have sometime to save up.
As for travelling by yourself, trust me it aint as bad as you think. You soon get talking to other people and making new mates.
