I am interested in checking out some instructional videos to supplement my current training and am not sure what is good and what is garbage.

I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions for good Muay Thai training DVDs?

i like the duke roufus set. i think the most value for your money would be to get the 2 chai seminar review DVDs scott elliott made and sellson his site. they are short,but PACKED with training and very affordable. his site, i think, is: afsacademy.com. you should also ask tim mousel himself if he has anything on thai boxing.
