Now does this have the potential to be more harm than good? I know the overwhelming opinion on shin conditioning (lol...I thought I'd put this WAY behind me by now) is to just kick a bag...but I've had varied opinions from instructors (competent and acomplished ones) that have varied to include shin rolling...
What is the reality of using something like this...ARE there REALLY long term risks associated with it...or is it simply not going to include all of the benefits of kicking a bag?
Just wanted to gather some other people's opinions before I make a purchase.
