    Before doing anything try to find someone (expert) who can help you identify the root cause of the pain. In other words, it may not be your lower back but another area that was weakened in the past and now stresses your lower back. Check out the Functional Movement Screening System (FMS) at Exercise, kettlebell strength training, conditioning, diet and health: the ultimate fitness workout. Another good resource is Z-Health.

    Kettlebells are the best way to strengthen the core but will cause more injury if you do not identify the root cause and fix it.

      Garland man, I hate deep tissue. I get more benefit from the swedish massage.
