No. Unless it's a new school. Jan Plas named Mejiro Gym Amsterdam after the school/district in Tokyo where he was trained.Originally posted by Tom Yum View PostMejiro gym too.

Don't worry man, I don't take that as argumentative. In fact, I had message board arguements, so I try to avoid them.Originally posted by fire cobra View PostInteresting report on your training at M Toddys bro,out of interest what is your background in Muay Thai?(not being argumentive here just wondering).
To answer your question, I've been training Muay Thai under a TBA instructor for about 2 years, until recently. I also do a lot of seminar training with Ajarn Chai. I also spent some time in Thailand earlier this year. To be honest, I was really impressed with Master Toddy's style of teaching though. He is one of the best instructors I've ever had the priviliage of training under.

I'm not sure if you were being sarcastic or sincere. I am going to be optimistic and assume you were being sincere.Originally posted by thaiboxer67 View Postwell that good to know that master Toddy has someone with an unbiased opinion saying he is a good teacher. makes me more likely to schedule a trip there
There were 5 of us taking the seminar, and we were all satisfied with the training. Don't get me wrong, I also love Ajarn Chai as an instructor. He is one of my favorite instructors to learn under, and I try to hit as many of his seminars as I can. I also was very fond of the teaching style of Ajarn Mac, who I learned under in Thailand.
With that being said, I had the most fun and learned the most under Master Toddy. When I say I learned the most, I don't just mean as far as fighting or technique goes. I learned a lot from him regarding everything from pad holding, to successful methods for running your school. Master Toddy is a sincere person and a good instructor, and I would encourage you to head out to Vegas and spend a week there. You won't be sorry.

50 Euro a month for 3 times a week. Even at today's prices, still a good deal especially for the quality.Originally posted by the tick View PostNo. Unless it's a new school. Jan Plas named Mejiro Gym Amsterdam after the school/district in Tokyo where he was trained.

Sure is. Plus if you want to fight you can fight pretty much fight every weekend. Not recommended though. And if your talented enough they have the connections to make you big.Originally posted by Tom Yum View Post50 Euro a month for 3 times a week.
