I used to feel so guilty about even having a couple of beers, I thought all the guys that trained seriously avoid the stuff like the plague...

but these days I never have more than 2 beers.

One or two beers don't matter. As long as you don't get wasted on a daily or even weekly basis.
BTW. Since some people always wonder what kind of education guys like Ramon have. Ramon is a baker by trade. Although he never did anything with that obviously.
