Yeah George is right Sticky Hands(great name by the way),running on the pavements and jumping over and around potholes also watching for motor bikes driving on the path and people carrying lots of food can be fun but hazardous lol.
The best run I had was at Lukprabart camp where its right out into the country with hills etc around,that was hazardous at one point to mind because they were repairing roads(wide roads) and we had to run around the newly laid tarmac,take good trainers with you Sticky because you will do plenty of miles,at Lukprabart it was 1.5 hours in the morning 6am,I was caught on the hop in Chiang Mai one time and had no trainers with me,the Kru said I had to run in my sandles which was hard around the back sois of the area.
