This past weekend was nothing short of amazing. And easily ranks as one of the BEST seminars I have ever attended. Ajarn Sangtien was so generous w/ his knowledge.

What was some of the stuff he covered at the seminar?

The seminar started with basic technique, then moved into attacking and counters, and different variations of each move/counter move. He did this type of progression for different ranges/weapons. He focused quite a bit on attacking, then shutting down your opponents ability to launch a counter. He explained that if you are landing a shot, then controlling the opponent and limiting their ability to return, you are pulling ahead in the scoring of a fight.
