    ....
when the clock strikes nine, I'll be waking with the best of the routine caffeine teamplayers for the cycle of it...
I'll take my seat on the brooklyn bridge with a coke and a bag of chips to watch a thousand lemmings plummet because the first one slipped...

Now, we the American working population hate the fact that 8 hours a day is wasted chasing the dream of somebody that isn't us
and we might not hate out jobs but we hate jobs
but we hate jobs in general that don't have to do with fighting our own causes
we the American working population hate the 9 to 5 day in day out
while we'd rather be supporting ourselves by being paid to perfect the pastimes we've harboured based soley on the fact that it makes us smile if it sounds dope

it's the year of the silkworm
    everything I built burned yesterday
left to display the purpose they serve
elevate the spreading of the silk germ
drown in an evil ebb, everything I believe in is dead

Now brother it's the year of the Jackal...
damn go get these men some water
    they're out there being slaughtered
so you don't have to bother
sit and soak the idiot box
and try and **** their daughters

    it's the year the orphan
seated adjacent to the fireflies surrounding the torches
    on your porches
trying to guard the fortress of a king they've never met
but all are trained to murder at the first sign of a threat

    -Deltron

I saw something on another type of bee that will draw the hornet scout into the nest, and then umteen million bees swarm it, and start vibrating. In the process they raise the hornet's body temp to around 105 or 112 or something like that. It's about 2 degrees more than the hornet can take, and about 2 degrees under what the bees can take.

For centuries, theologians have been explaining the unknowable in terms of the-not-worth-knowing.

    H. L. Mencken

Giving every man a vote has no more made men wise and free than Christianity has made them good.

    H. L. Mencken

It is hard to believe that a man is telling the truth when you know that you would lie if you were in his place.

    H. L. Mencken

It is inaccurate to say that I hate everything. I am strongly in favor of common sense, common honesty, and common decency. This makes me forever ineligible for public office.

    H. L. Mencken

It is now quite lawful for a Catholic woman to avoid pregnancy by a resort to mathematics, though she is still forbidden to resort to physics or chemistry.

    H. L. Mencken

Faith may be defined briefly as an illogical belief in the occurrence of the improbable.

    H. L. Mencken

Every decent man is ashamed of the government he lives under.

Man, there's a great story in the news about a python that ate an alligator. The gator started clawing its way out and the python died as did the gator.
