My last progression hasn't been put up yet but people in the gym was impressed with my stretching a few days ago...i'll update next week.
I been told i still have a wicked left knee & my puches heavier due to the increase in weight (always wanted to be 13.5 st).
Have a heavy kicking session just for me LOL.
