Iv'e done a little investigating for you & iv'e come up with some awnsers about the online book as follows:
All the techniques were taken from a book called "THE ART OF MAI MUAY THAI" as you can see in the pics below.
Thiese pics were from the 1997 edition so the book seems to be in regular printing but this version comes with the thai writing's & a little bit of dodgy spelling through translation but is still understandable.
Hope this puts more light on it.

Don't know if they broke copyright as it's in thai?
there are some writings at start of original from Mr Payungsak Jantrasurin the Secretary General Of National Culture Commission:
I take this opportunity to pay respect & gratitude to all Kru Muay Thai & announce their nobilities to pay respect for preserving & disseminating Muay Thai to the Thai people & all nations until now. I hope that this book will benefit to the public the correct knowledge & understanding on traditional martial art "Muay Thai".

I just found out that the book was actually bought in Bangkok at a show so it may take further investigating to actually find a supplier

I've just had a flick through some of the pages in that MT Textbook that was added. When I have time, I'll print it out and read it in more detail in order to learn more about the art.

I do have a question though Ruesee Hern (looks like a " flying superman" punch) in Chapter 3 of the book - do people actually use this in combat, or are techniques like this obscelete?

It seems like an very interesting art! I'm tempted to take it up to get a taste of it!

*Most* of the techniques in the book are still practiced and used, but some of them like the Diving Punch, Diving Headbutt, and Flying Butt-Smash are not.

For instance, there are 80+ techniques listed in Chapter 3. Of those, I teach and train with over 40 of them almost exactly as listed. There are about another 20 or so that I use in some form or another (moderately or heavily modified for ring use). The remainder of the techniques, though I actually know how to do most of them, are not practiced. Mostly due to whether or not they are legal for use in the ring.

no problem. I'm just glad that someone forwarded the links to me so that I was aware of my material being used in this manner. I hope that everyone enjoys this and is able to put it to good use.

Hello, it's my first post here!

KhunKao, it's me who gave those links (on the other forum). I read about them on my home- polish MA forum. But the main source (due to my information), place where those pdfs are placed is Estonian site (I mean, they write sth obout Talinn, capital of Estonia, on their site- that's what I could understand...)

                            MuayPlaya...

Thanks for that info. I've gotten a lot of inquiries regarding that site, and I simply have had no information to give.
