Can anyone recommend a good instructional video for Muay Thai?

    Thanks in advance.

    re: Muay Thai Videos

I recently got a couple in the Vut Kamnark series, and I like them a lot. The folks that do the Sperry BJJ videos have a series from Duke Roufus that looked interesting from the clips on their website, but I haven't viewed them myself.

Fairtex also offers a good video set. I haven't seen Vut's but I've heard they were good.

I dont know of many good instructional videos , but if you want fight footage from thailand , visit your local thai video rental store , look for one in your local china town there is usually always a thai video rental in china town , there is in sydney anyway , they sell them for like $2.50 each.
Copied of thai t.v of course but what do you expect for 2.50

My instructor has some decent instructional video's out. I can't really compare them with other instructional video series as the only series that I have ever really watched to any extent are the Sityodtong instructionals.

In a nutshell, if you're looking to learn your Muay Thai basic to intermediate skills, its a good series. Please make sure that you get the ones offered on his website, not the ones available through Turtle Press.

The Turtle Press video's are good quality filming and such, but really gloss over any instruction. They are more of an "ABOUT MUAY THAI" video series than a "HOW TO DO MUAY THAI" video series. What I do is lend the Turtle Press video's out to potential students who want to know more about Muay Thai to decide if they want to become involved. They are PERFECT for that!
