Ever stop to do a diagnostic check on your skills? I watched myself very closely while shadow boxing/kicking and took notes on things that I need to work on. Does one of the following apply to you?
1. "My Round/Cut kicks are hard; push kicks are strong but my foot work, mobility and hand speed are lacking?"
2. "My techniques are hard/powerful, but a little slow"
3. "My techniques are fast but not hard/powerful"
4. "My punches and kicks are fast and hard, but I am weak in the clinch"
5. "I can get the clinch and work from there, but I get hit alot/freeze up going into the clinch"
