    My training is 1 hour 30 minutes long. 3 times a week.
    We have 25 minutes for warm up:
    -usually we have 15 minutes of skipping rope and few minutes of stretching;
    Than we have a main part of training. Usually we have stations- on every station we do something different- boxing in pairs, shadowboxing, heavy bag etc. (we do 3 minutes long rounds and one minute break);
    -if traing is technical we just learn new things. Do actions in pairs;
    -in the end of traing we do lots of abs exercises
    -sometimes during our short breaks between rounds we have to do some push ups, pull ups and other exerc.
    And that's all. We don't do a lot of technique. Our traings are very hard. After traing (or befor) we can train in our little gym (bench press and other stuff)

    That's how middle advenced/advenced traings looked like. As I remember in the beginning we had much more technique but I was also more tired... But it's probably normal.

    Now we will have sport-competition group. So our traing will probably change a lot...

      I've already posted in painfully long detail (LOL) the training routine/s my gym follows.

      But, to break it down real simple...

      10 min's Warm Ups

      5 min's Stretching

      3-5 rounds Shadowboxing

      3-5 rounds Clinchwork & Knees

      6-12 rounds Padwork & Partner Drills

      3-6 round Sparring (every few training sessions)
