On a scale from 1 to 10, ten being the most fit, in the last 3 years I have gone from a 7 to a 9.5

I was fairly fit before, now Im conditioned.

        For example.

So what was the pain like after the next day of your first day of training ? Hehe, could you walk ? (well of course you could still walk, but ya get my point)

Man when i first started working out before, all my muscles ached for a few days.
When I started jumproping and running often for a good amount of time, my ankles killed and i had to stop running for a week.
When I started going full force on the heavy bag, my wrists killed and i couldn't hit the heavy bag for a week and a half.

I actually still somewhat have a wrist problem on the heavy bag but its better =P

wow :P So what is the hardest part of training ? The drills ? (pad work, sparring etc.) or the workouts ? i.e. pushups, squats, situps..
