I see.... interesting. You are an exception to the rule so to (type)... Weak counterpart position as they say... Nothing so subtle as a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Nice! Too few take the time and effort to protect themselves. Good on you!

        MIN ZIN { I have a big ego Today I appoligize}

Similar to Chines Chi Gong........similar to Indian Hath Yoga which teaches seven energy centers { chakras}...Min Zin are Nine points....Min Zin is especialy directed to health of the body and healing of the body......I have to say personaly this is the stuff......Chi Gong was good for me yet I get real instant rushes from Min Zin .....We use stones smooth in our hands...............There is no magic in various cultural methodsa of harnessing, storing and using various forms of internal energy. The human brain when properly disciplined has capacity to perform numerous above normal or super normal feats. Lay persons may interpret these performances as ' magical' ' mystical' , 'metaphysical' or ' super natural'.
Numerous displays of super normal feats have been recorded in human history from the most ancient times to modern era. Some Chines monks, BUrmese sayas, Tibetan lamas. Indian gurus, Shinto priests, CHristian ministers and other holy men of different sects, thoughrigid discipline of their minds and body, have succeeded in harnessing internal evergy. They use these energies in the most creative ways for the good of the people in there communities . They use these internal energies for the purpose of Healing to restore health and Harmonizing to gain equilibrium.
On the other hand some practitioners of martial arts systems have explored and experimented with various methods of harnesing internal energy to develope a higher level of performance in their system......
Min Zin requires 6 interrelated parts:
        PRANA...ASANA...MUDRA...PRANAYAMA...YANTRA...BHANDA

        Important factors for internal energy
conscious control of one's emotions...anger,jealousy, envy, fear, pride,etc.....Emotions demand attention and dissipate one's internal energy

conscious control of one's breathing patterns[6-3-6 rhythm] this breathing pattern allows accumulation of energy.

conscious control of one's body relaxation in one selected asana. asana could be standing sitting or lying.

conscious control of one's changing mudras...the mudras allow free flow of energy in the fingers and palms.

conscious control of one's visualization pattern. [spiral or circular pattern] this yantra facilitates rhythmic flow of energy with in the body.

conscious control of one's gentle muscle lock of zone 6 this bandha will store and seal energy in the specific area of the body.
SOLEMN OATH FOR THOSE WHO PRACTICE MIN ZIN:
THIS ENERGY SYSTEM WILL NOT BE USED TO HARM OR HURT OTHERS, PHYSICALLY , EMOTIONALLY, OR SPIRITUALLY.
THIS ENERGY SYSTEM WILL NOT BE USED TO SUBJUGATE , MANIPULATE OR CONTROL OTHERS TO SERVE ONE'S EGO OR AMBITIONS.
THIS ENERGY SYSTEM WILL BE USED ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PHYSICAL HEALING AND SPIRITUAL HARMONIZING OF THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED OF REGAING INNER BALANCE.

Prana? That sounds more like Indian Aryuvedic healing. Why a Chinese title using Indian words???

not much difference... but there is so much more to martial arts that people in this country don''t quite get...it's more then just elbow and knees..or kicking butt...it's all about the three h's...healing /harmonizeing and hard....and energy ...internal and external...Karate taought here to kids is not what Karate is like in Okanawa...tought to adults....and most importantly it is what you as an individual make the most use out of ...what you connect with what you specialize in
