Unfortunately there is know such thing as a given when dealing with human beings. I'm glad you mentioned this. By the way training with weapons also allows one to understand the limitations of the weapons thus increasing one's chance of defending oneself against the weapons

Obvious advantage of a subtle tool...

In a yahoo group I belong to a cane artist said there's a prison in one state where he couldn't carry a cane if it had a metal handle because that could be used as a weapon.

Thank G* for the bronze age we were obviously defenseless before that according to this prison system

Other than that though the cane group reports no problems with getting on airplanes or other secure places, yet one cane users wife gave him a perturbed look when his cane went through but she had to give up her nail clippers

I just hope your a bot, because if you are not, you are an idiot. Just wear a slightly long shirt and dont tuck it in and the holster is perfectly concealed. And no moron leaves a gun on the passenger seat.

This my sound like BS but I have seen one person in my eight years leave a loaded handgun on the front seat of his vehicle. It was in a holster but plainly visible. I would say that a moron does leave a gun on his front seat.

Thank you for sharing useful information.A weapon is concealed when it cannot be seen on your person or, if you are in a vehicle, in your vehicle. A pistol in a holster worn on a belt in plain view is not concealed. A pistol lying on the passenger seat of your car is not concealed.

variation of pepper spray. As a kid I used to live in a mexican ghetto. A bag of chili pepper powder is good to toss in people's eyes. It stays on your fingers so you can rub it into their eyes.

Keys are good.

Throwing small dense objects is not easy to do under pressure. Holding them in your hand and releasing them with an out of range "jab" is very effective. They think you are out of range and you hit them around their eye and emediately follow up with a more serious attack. Even loose change in your pocket would work for this. A sack or cloth bag of chili powder is even better as it will impair their vision and cause pain.

Improvised dude. I know its not the real thing but its good enough. As for legality depends on where you are from. Technically a fiberglass fishing rod has similar effects.
