I used to have a keychain that was my favorite thing to carry. It was a spike a little longer than my palm, with two spikes that jutted up between the fingers.

As the saying goes, "the pen is mightier than the sword." Indeed, Cold Steel makes some mighty strong swords, but this little pen makes for some clever competition. It's the biggest, baddest, permanent marker around!

Superficially, it shares many features common to most markers, but appearances can be deceptive. For starters, it's made from the glass-reinforced plastic, Grivory, the same tough material we use in our NIGHTSHADE SERIES, and features walls that are 4 times thicker than similar markers. This means it's built for impact and, in a self-defense emergency it can become an efficient Yawara stick for driving off an attacker. Plus, the screw-top cap will stay in place and won't pop off like a regular marker's cap would when you strike a percussion blow, or when obtaining joint locks or submission holds.

after experimenting with tons of different folders and fixed blades, heres is my official edc list :

spyderco chinook
cold steel super edge 2 inch fixed blade
cold steel urban pal 1.5 inch punch dagger
boker subcom
small 3.5 inch spanish bowie fixed blade

these are what i found to be most comfortable for me personally.

usually carry a bigger blade with the smaller cold steel pieces. the urban pal is a 1 1/2 inch punch dagger, you can punch holes through people with it. comes in handy for those who have trained in boxing

they certainly do. heres a picture of my little brother after a scrap with a chav wearing a saddle ring.



i suppose that this proves a saddle ring is a good weapon if you wanna make a mark but anthony didnt fall and infact hammered this little prat who eventually found his feet and ran away as fast as he could lol.

maybe it is a good weapon but it will attract trouble many folk see it as a symbol of a trouble maker. i once had a guy pop one on his finger but he where about 5'4" and i told him dnt even think your gonna get me with that ring and prepped to kick the little ****. he folded before striking and said he never put it on to hit me and i where paranoid haha. little scumbag.

also a common thing with the chavs where im from they all have theses big styupid saddle rings not illegal as they tecnically jewerly but can cause a lot of damage

hi 1st post in situations where a fight may insue you need to think that if your not willing to kill some one in that fight then a knife will not be of much use in instasnces were a person is unwilling to kill thel just slash at there attacker adrenalin can keep a person moving after a tremendous amount of pain has been inflicted

what you need to do is disable a person by either KOing or disabling movement in this regard then my weappon of choice is the aformentiond steel toe cap boot a swift kick at the side of some ones knee is usually enought to stop a person dead in there tracks pub fights usually result from stupidity of some sort and the need to end anothers life over stupidity is just moronic
