arnolds a pretty good role model. he was in better shape than any of us, he made more money than any of us, banged more chicks than any of us, was a movie star, smoked tons of bud, and then became the governor of cali, the state with the good weather, women and weed. and on top of that he was the TERMINATOR. whats wrong with arnold?

Before you do that, please re-read the part that says we sustained a lot of totally preventable injuries during those times. We all got hurt waaay more than we should have, and missed a lot of training time. So be careful.
And make sure you're of age before you go getting drunk.
No worriez, im 21, and im not going to come back here trying to sue you if i get hurt during a training routine, lol.
And weed can definitely help focus sometimez when you need too think or meditate, but for me i usually cant control my thoughtz if i smoke, and id probably drop the weightz on my own head somehow, or fall over throwing a kick, i dnno though ive never tried it. Im sure weed cant be good for your muscle growth though either.

There was a guy who got disqualified AFTER winning an olympic medal because he tested positive for heroine......personally i think he should get 2 medals! i can't walk straight if i ever do that shit!

but I always wondered if you took two hig level boxers lets say and got them drunk and then had them spar or fight what would happen maybe a gy or school could have a drunk slef defnse day wheer htey al gewt wasted then train with beinbg attacked drunk in mind.
That bringz up a good point. Most of us drink, and although ive never been in a fight when i waz drunk, id like too know how id handle myself. I had a friend i used to spar with, and when we would drink together, he would sometimes try and get me to spar, and id always decline, and his arguement waz that if ive never sparred drunk than how will i know if i could handle myself if something happened on the street, or in a bar or wherever while im intoxicated. Itz something to think about.
