His folder into the fight drill is a great tool, you can really ramp up the intensity of all the stages for some real fun.

"real fun"? Like duct tape on the sharp edge of your K-Bar? Wax bullets?

          That kind of fun?

More like partying with Amy Winehouse, it's ugly from the get go, brain cells are lost and people wind up puking left and right.

If I may using a small knife and I define "small" by anything that will not take off an arm. Using it inverted is better it will cut itself out and you will not have to do the shank type motions. If you look through out history lots of different cultures used "small" blades this way. If you look at a knife and use it this way you will see why its better you can get deeper into more vital areas than if you slashed with it in a saber type grip. Most of these things are hard to explain it is easier to show in person.

              Regards,
