Maybe, but I think that is less of a given than people like to think.

Well, the question was not necessarily limiting it to that specific context.

Heavier, because how much heavier can they be if your in the same weight class?

It depends how much heavier and their height. And if they have close to the same amount of skill as you than you can get really hurt.

Now if theyre complete noobs, even with some experience, theres no chance theyll be quicker (not in the grappling sense) and being bigger or stronger wont really matter either.

Not every time. Technique compensates for lack of strength. It takes a lot of technique to overcome raw power.

I'd rather wrestle someone that was stronger. Technique will win every time over brute strength

I prefer to wrestle with quicker, stronger and bigger opponents. All of the above.

It may not be as FUN as dominating your opponent but it's much more educational...

Hmmm...I think assuming clumsy, goofy, stupid, and out of shape is taking too many liberties with the question.

I'd say (c) - so long as he isn't also (a) a lot stronger than me.

Weight sucks - granted. But if he isn't faster, and he isn't stronger - than he's probably also clumsy and goofy.

And I'd rather wrestle a fat clumsy goofy guy any day than a guy who was smaller than me but also stronger and/or faster than me.

Big fat goofy guys dump on their asses a lot more easily than you'd think.

And you can make them tank out on the ground - gas - do stupid things and run out of energy.

Sometimes when throwing you only need take them one way, take them another and BOOM.. you sometimes don't even have to throw in the leg trip - they offbalance.

And they often tighten up as they fall and land clumsy and stupid and hurt themselves, too.

Definitely C, so long as he isn't also A or B, too.

I'm with EF, if they're quick at least you can nullify it to a certain extent with clinches and such.

Smaller, weaker and slower isn't an option?
