My name is Paul Stevens and I came about this site from one of my friends. I am a part-time martial arts instructor and hope that I can contribute as much as learn from all of you.
I do have one quick question. I'm new to forum posting and the internet as well, I know... I know... I would like to upload my personal gym avatar, but don't know how... Can anyone help me?
