yes it seems there were some japanese boy scouts who decided to get happy with the "be prepared" motto, hence they have a ju for just about everything. geesh some people...you would think that people were trying to kill those guys or something...man they were either paranoid or there must have been ninjas popping up everywhere ...either way they WERE prepared...
i thank them for the lessons we humbly follow...

I dunno, man...
I went over some more of the MacYoung book....
he has a lot of good insight...but his methods and some of his stuff is a little...um....poorly thought out. (i.e. ranges and trapping, blocking....etc...all of his blocks are and strikes are typical TMA things...)
I think it has some real value as to the psychological aspect of fighting...but...some of it is trash.

He didn't piss me off as bad as the Pentecost "Down and Out" book...that shit will get you straight up killed.
