By the way, Bukowski was a genius, and Ron Jeremy is an inspiration to all ugly men around the world, mad props (would say god bless, but I'm an atheist)

The name of this plant, “la Maria”, comes from the Mazatec syncretistic belief in the mint as an incarnation of the Catholic Virgin Mary.

Nah, that's just stylistic dogma - A human perspective, not a God perspective.

Sounds like them Hindoos are in a heap o' trouble! We got some good missionaries over there tryin' to save 'em, tho.

Well, I haven't been on the forum in a week or so because I've been sick as a dog... sixteen hours of sleep a day, cold sweats, and not one decent work out At least I got a chance to read FX Toole's "Rope Burns" (which Million Dollar Baby is based on) which was amazing- I couldn't put it down and finished it the afternoon I bought it.

Oh well, this is better late than never I guess.

I enjoyed your paper; you've got a lot of good information in there. If I have one criticism it's that your focus is too broad. I think you could better make your point by taking a very detailed, in-depth look at one or two traditions. If you ever follow up on all this research and decide to expand on what you've got here I'd def. like to see it.
